Warranty
All Silky U products come with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, including but not limited to loose stitching, fraying, tearing and defects in the silk fabric.
If a defect is discovered within the warranty period, please contact us and provide proof of purchase. We will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the defective product free of charge.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage or damage caused by mishandling, misuse, physical abuse and improper use or care, including but not limited to damage caused by washing or drying the product at high temperatures, exposure to direct sunlight, or using harsh chemicals.
The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. This warranty is in addition to any rights and remedies available under applicable law.
Silky U reserves the right to modify, extend or terminate this warranty at any time, at its sole discretion.
